Orders & Payments

All orders require full payment before shipping. We accept secure online payments through the methods offered at checkout. Orders are processed in the order they are received. Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled.

Custom Products & Returns

Because each lens is made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with clear photos and a brief explanation so we can review the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including product images, descriptions, and designs—belongs to Prestige Optics Lab and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.
